DSPE-PEG-SPDP,1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-(polyethylene glycol) -SPDP (sodium salt) is lipid-PEG drug used for scientific research. DSPE-PEG-SPDP is produced by Ruixibio. SPDP is a crosslinking agent. When DSPE-PEG-SPDP meets DTT, the SPDP benzene ring opens to a sulfhydryl group. This active sulfhydryl group can participate in the reaction, linking small molecule polymers, proteins or other molecules.
