TAT（YGRKKRRQRRR）from ruixi.TAT(47-57) is a cell penetrating cationic peptide derived from the N-terminus of the Tat protein found in the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).TAT (47-57)[YGRKKRRQRRR],this is the most characterized fragment of the HIV transactivator protein (TAT). This arginine-rich TAT peptide penetrates plasma membrane directly, but not through endocytosis.
