AF647-Insulin (human)

AF647-Insulin(human)/Insulin(human),AF647 labeled is a complex formed by covalently coupling AF647 fluorescent dye with human insulin. It has an excitation wavelength of about 650nm and an emission wavelength of 665-670nm, located in the near-infrared region. It can effectively reduce tissue spontaneous fluorescence interference, has strong photostability, and can maintain high fluorescence intensity under continuous light exposure. It retains the biological activity of human insulin and can specifically bind to insulin receptors.

As a non radioactive tracer probe, it can analyze the metabolic pathway and tissue distribution of insulin in diabetes model animals, and evaluate the targeting efficiency of the new insulin delivery system. It is compatible with various detection platforms such as flow cytometry and in vivo imaging systems, providing highly sensitive fluorescent tracing tools for metabolic disease-related research.
