Their chemical structure and microstructure were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, TGA, and TEM testing techniques, proving that BaTiO3 is coated with a complete PMMA organic molecule on its surface. The prepared composite particles have a clear core-shell structure. Research has shown that when the amount of BaTiO3 nanoparticles added reaches 50% by volume, The thermal conductivity of the polymer system with the addition of unmodified BaTiO3 nanoparticles is 0.894 W.m-1. K 1, while the addition of BaTiO3@PMMA The polymer system of core-shell structure nano hybrid particles reaches 1.137 W-m -1. K-1; Meanwhile, the volume resistivity of both high thermal conductivity polymer systems remains above 1015 Q: cm, still exhibiting good electrical insulation performance.
