Blank liposome encapsulated CY5 surface modified TPP(Triphenylphosphine),±100nm/Blank liposome encapsulated CY5-TPP(Triphenylphosphine),±100nm is a diagnostic and therapeutic integrated nanoplatform that combines imaging and therapeutic functions. It can be used for tracking mitochondrial targeted delivery carriers, tracking the intracellular distribution of nanoparticles, and studying mitochondrial membrane potential. Based on the response enrichment characteristics of TPP to mitochondrial membrane potential, combined with fluorescence quantitative detection of CY5, indirectly evaluate the dynamic changes of cellular mitochondrial membrane potential.
