NHS stands for N-hydroxysuccinimide (N-hydroxysuccinimide), PEG stands for polyethylene glycol, TK stands for ROS reactive oxygen species-responsive nanomedicine carrier-ketal thiol (Tk), and COOH stands for carboxyl (carboxyl group).
