Cy2-liquiritigenin/Liquiritigenin,Cyanine2 labeled/Liquiritigenin,Cy2 labeled is a fluorescent labeled derivative that covalently couples Cy2 fluorophores with licorice (liquiritigenin), and belongs to natural flavonoid modified products. As a non radioactive tracer probe, it tracks the absorption, distribution, and metabolic pathways of glycyrrhizin in cells and animals, solving the problem of difficult in vivo visualization of natural flavonoids. It can be used as a tracer marker for nanomedicine delivery systems to verify the cellular uptake efficiency and targeted enrichment effect of nanocarriers loaded with glycyrrhizin.
