NBD-PEG-DOPE,DOPE consists of two oleic acid chains(C18:1 unsaturated fatty acids) and a phosphoethanolamine head,exhibiting amphiphilicity.Liposomes modified with PEG can prolong blood circulation time,while 7-nitrobenz-2-oxa-1,3-diazol-4-yl(NBD)is linked by amide bonds,providing green fluorescence(excitation/emission wavelength of approximately 465/535 nm),suitable for live cell imaging.
