DOPS (Na⁺ salt):DOPC:Chol(20:50:30:molar ratio)-based Fluoroliposome Containing Encapsulated Tetramethylrhodamine-Dextran10K is a negatively charged, stable, fluorescent liposome designed for tracking, release kinetics, and biomimetic delivery studies. It encapsulates tetramethylrhodamine-labeled dextran (10 kDa) within the aqueous core, using a lipid bilayer composed of DOPS, DOPC, and cholesterol.
