DOPS (Na⁺ salt):DOPC:Chol(20:50:30:molar ratio)-based Fluoroliposome Containing Encapsulated Texas Red-Dextran10k is a negatively charged, fluorescently labeled liposome system designed for biocompatible delivery, tracking, and release profiling. It is formed from a ternary lipid mixture of DOPS, DOPC, and cholesterol, and it encapsulates Texas Red–Dextran 10K, a hydrophilic fluorescent tracer confined to the aqueous core.
