DOPS-PEG-RGD is a targeted delivery system composed of diacylphosphatidylserine (DOPS),polyethylene glycol(PEG),and arginine glycine aspartic acid(RGD)sequences.It is mainly used for targeted therapy of integrin α v β 3/α 5 β 1 positive tumors.Its core function is to achieve drug targeted delivery through the specific binding of RGD peptides to integrin receptors.At the same time,PEG chains can prolong the circulating half-life, while DOPS enhances the membrane fusion ability of drug delivery systems.
