DSPE-PEG-Ce6,1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-polyethylene glycol-Chlorin e6 from ruixi.Chlorin E6 is a dark green powder with high hygroscopicity and easy oxidation. It is used as photosensitizer. It is the second generation of sensitizer, it has the advantages of non-toxic, high selectivity of tumor tissue and high clearance rate of non tumor tissue. It has good selectivity and long time retention in tumor cells. Photodynamic therapy has a certain anti-tumor effect.
