DSPE-PEG-TriGAlNAC,DSPE-PEG2K-Tri-GAlNAC,Tri-GAlNAC-PEG-DSPE,DSPE as a hydrophobic phospholipid molecule, has a long-chain alkyl structure that can be embedded into the bilayer membrane of liposomes or lipid nanoparticles(LNP)to form a stable carrier skeleton.This anchoring effect ensures the structural integrity of the molecule in the delivery system.PEG is chemically bonded between DSPE and triGaINAc to form a hydrophilic shell.TriGaINAc is composed of three N-acetylgalactosamine(GaINAc)units that form a three armed structure through specific connections.GaINAc is a natural ligand for the asialoglycoprotein receptor(ASGPR)on the surface of liver cells.The three arm design significantly enhances receptor affinity through multivalent binding effects, achieving efficient targeting.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
