1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-TK-(polyethylene glycol)-carboxylic acid，DSPE-thioketal(TK)-PEG-COOH，DSPE-thioketal(TK)-PEG-acid from ruixi.Dspe-tk-peg-cooh, as a long circulating liposome, is characterized by ROS response of keto mercaptan. In ROS environment, the chemical bond of keto mercaptan breaks, forming ketone and mercaptan, realizing drug release. As the final product, dspe-tk-peg-cooh has ROS response characteristics, so as to realize the drug delivery system.
