FAPI-IRDye800CW

FAPI–IRDye800CW is a fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) conjugated with the near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye IRDye800CW. This conjugate enables specific imaging of FAP-expressing tissues, commonly associated with cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in the tumor microenvironment.
Applications:
