Fe3O4@Mannose (D),The Fe3O4 core is a superparamagnetic nanocrystalline core of iron oxide, which can be used as a magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)contrast agent, magnetic targeted drug carrier, or magnetic separation technology.Mannose(D),as a surface targeting ligand, can specifically recognize mannose receptors (such as CD206) on the surface of immune cells such as macrophages and dendritic cells,achieving active targeted delivery.To achieve 1um superparamagnetism,there is a layer of PS polymer on the surface (with the aim of achieving a size of 1um).
