Fe3O4@pArg,The Fe3O4 core is a superparamagnetic nanocrystalline core of iron oxide, which can be used as a magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)contrast agent, magnetic targeted drug carrier, or magnetic separation technology.As a cationic peptide polymer,pArg(polyarginine)is rich in guanidine residues and can interact with negatively charged cell membranes through electrostatic interactions,promoting the entry of nanoparticles into the cell interior.To achieve 1um superparamagnetism,there is a layer of PS polymer on the surface(with the aim of achieving a size of 1um).
