Ferroptosis-IN-20(Compound 34a)is a ferroptosis inhibitor targeting voltage dependent anion channels(VDAC)(EC50:24.2 nM).Ferroptosis-IN-20 can inhibit VDAC oligomerization and lipid peroxidation.Ferroptosis-IN-20 can reduce ROS levels,weaken TFR1 mediated iron absorption,inhibit Fe2+levels,and restore glutathione(GSH) levels.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
