FITC-Tobramycin

FITC-Tobramycin/Fluorescein isothiocyanate-Tobramycin/Tobramycin,FITC labeled is a multifunctional modification reagent obtained by coupling fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC) with tobramycin.FITC is a classic fluorescent dye with an excitation wavelength of about 490nm and an emission wavelength of about 520nm. In the green fluorescence spectrum range, it can be detected by fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, fluorescence spectrophotometer and other devices. It can covalently bind with amino groups and other functional groups on biomolecules, achieving fluorescent labeling of target molecules and facilitating intuitive observation of molecular localization, distribution, and dynamic changes.
