FMOC-NH2-PEOz NHS is a PEOz polymer with dual functional end groups of Fmoc protected amino and NHS active ester.The NHS can form stable amide bonds with proteins, peptides,antibodies,and aminated nanomaterials;The amino groups protected by Fmoc can be deprotected after the first coupling step,releasing NH2 for further functionalization.Therefore, it is mainly used for orthogonal biological coupling,protein/peptide modification,surface functionalization of nanomaterials,targeted ligand binding,and construction of multifunctional drug delivery carriers.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
