FMOC-NH2-PEOz-SH is a PEOz polymer with dual functional end groups of Fmoc protected amino and thiol groups.Fmoc can temporarily protect the amino group,allowing the material to preferentially utilize the SH end for selective coupling;After removing Fmoc,release NH2 for the second step reaction.Therefore,it is mainly used for multi-step biological coupling,targeted delivery carrier construction,and orthogonal synthesis of multifunctional biomaterials.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
