IAV membrane(POPC:POPE:Brain SM:Cholesterol=20%:30%:15%:35%)is an artificial model membrane used to simulate the lipid environment of influenza A virus membrane.It is composed of POPC,POPE,brain-derived sphingomyelin,and cholesterol.Cholesterol (35%)+Brain SM(15%) have a relatively high proportion and exhibit distinct membrane ordering characteristics;Both POPC and POPE provide the basic structure of phospholipid bilayer and certain membrane fluidity. It can serve as a reconstruction environment for viral membrane proteins or membrane related proteins,used to study the localization,assembly,and interactions of proteins in lipid membranes.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
