L-a-PC:Chol:DOPE-Glutaryl(69:30:1molar ratio) Fluorescent Lipid DiD is a highly stable, surface-functionalizable fluorescent liposome, optimized for long-term tracking and in vivo imaging.
Applications:
Fluorescence imaging in vitro and in vivo (e.g., tumor localization, biodistribution).
Liposome–cell interaction and uptake studies.
Multicolor labeling experiments, especially paired with DiO or DiI.
