L-a-PC:Chol:DOPE-N-(cap biotinyl)(69:30:1molar ratio) Fluorescent Lipid Pyrene lipid (headgroup) is designed for biotin-mediated targeting and pyrene-based fluorescence studies.
It contains:a phosphatidylcholine (PC) and cholesterol base for bilayer stability,
a biotin-functionalized lipid (DOPE-N-(cap biotinyl)) for affinity capture or targeting, and a headgroup-labeled pyrene lipid, which is a blue-emitting fluorophore known for its unique excimer fluorescence and environmental sensitivity.
