COOH-PEOz-OPSS,OPSS-PEOz-COOH is a dual end functionalized PEOz polymer.The OPSS end can exchange disulfide bonds with thiolated biomolecules,while the COOH end can form amide bonds with aminated molecules after activation.The PEOz chain provides hydrophilicity,spatial spacing, and surface protection.Mainly used for surface modification of nanoparticles,coupling of biomolecules,targeted delivery,biosensing,and construction of multifunctional nanomaterials.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
