PLA-AZO-MPEG,PDLLA8k-azobenzene-PEG2k is a block copolymer composed of Poly(D,L-lactide)(PDLLA),azobenzene,and polyethylene glycol(PEG).The PDLLA segment provides hydrophobicity and biodegradability,and is commonly used to form the hydrophobic core of nanoparticles.Azobenzene,as a photoresponsive switch,changes from trans to cis under ultraviolet light,causing molecular chain contraction;Restore the original state under visible light and achieve reversible deformation PEG endows materials with hydrophilicity,reduces immune system recognition, and prolongs blood circulation time.
