It is designed specifically for tumor metabolism intervention, hypoxia relief, and immune microenvironment remodeling. The system is based on hollow MnO ₂ with a particle size of 100-150nm. After alkaline modification on the surface of Na ₂ CO3, a polyethylene glycol (PEG) layer is introduced, and lactate oxidase (LOx) is covalently or physically coupled to achieve targeted clearance of high concentrations of lactate and in-situ generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the tumor microenvironment.
