PEG-(hollow MnO2 modified with Na2CO3)@lactate oxidase +Digoxin/PEG modification(hollow MnO2 modified with Na2CO3)Encapsulated lactate oxidase+Digoxin/PEG modification(hollow manganese dioxide modified with sodium carbonate)Encapsulated lactate oxidase +Digoxin are a multifunctional nanocomposite system that integrates nanocarriers, enzyme catalysis, and cardiac glycoside drugs. It has the potential to be applied in tumor microenvironment regulation and cardiovascular drug synergistic intervention. The system is based on a hollow MnO ₂ substrate with a wavelength of 100-150nm. After alkaline modification of the Na ₂ CO3 surface, a PEG layer is introduced to further couple lactate oxidase (LOx), which can be used in combination with digoxin to achieve a synergistic effect of metabolic intervention and drug therapy.
