COOH-PEOz-PLA,Poly(lactic acid)-PEOz-COOH,PLA-PEOz-COOH‌ is a carboxyl functionalized amphiphilic block copolymer,and hydrophobic polylactic acid(PLA)provides a degradable core for encapsulating hydrophobic drugs;Hydrophilic poly (2-ethyl-2-oxazoline)(PEOz)serves as a PEG like invisible coating,enhancing water solubility and stability,and exhibiting pH responsiveness in acidic tumor microenvironments,facilitating drug release at target sites;Carboxyl functionalization can form amide bonds with amino containing molecules(such as peptides,antibodies, fluorescent probes)through activation by EDC/NHS,achieving active targeting or tracking.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
