This product integrates the biodegradability of PLGA,excellent water solubility of PEG,and targeted recognition ability of tri GalNAc,and can self assemble into stable nanoparticles in aqueous phase,suitable for subsequent drug encapsulation needs.Its degradation rate can be flexibly regulated by adjusting the lactate/glycolic acid ratio of PLGA,adapting to drug release scenarios of different durations,with good biocompatibility and no significant immunogenicity.
