PLGA-PGA-Hyd-PEG is a pH responsive amphiphilic block copolymer containing a hydrazone bond(-NH-N=),consisting of hydrophobic segments(PLGA/PGA)connected to hydrophilic segments(PEG)through a hydrazone bond (Hyd).PLGA and PGA are both biodegradable polymers,while PEG(polyethylene glycol) provides hydrophilicity and biocompatibility.Hydrazone bonds break in acidic environments(such as tumor tissue pH 5.8-6.5),triggering micelle dissociation and drug release.
