Se-Se-PEG-PSMA-I&T

Se-Se-PEG-PSMA-I&T is a selenium–selenium (Se–Se) diselenide-linked, PEG-modified PSMA-I&T derivative designed for tumor-targeted delivery with redox-responsive cleavage.
PSMA-I&T (“Imaging & Therapy”) is a high-affinity ligand for the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), widely used in radiotheranostics. Incorporation of a Se–Se redox-cleavable linker makes the conjugate selectively degradable in the reductive tumor microenvironment (high GSH), enabling controlled release of attached cargos.
