TCO-Polyethylene glycol--Succinimidyl Valerate, TCO-PEG-SVA,SVA-PEG-TCO from ruixi TCO-PEG-SVA  is a hetero-functional peg derivative. One end of PEG is connected with TCO, the other end is connected with SVA.TCO PEG, is a Pegylated trans-cyclooctene (TCO) derivative that can offer good water solubility and stability. TCO PEG reacts with tetrazine molecules fast and quantitatively in aqeuous solution.TCO-PEG1000-SVA、TCO-PEG2000-SVA、TCO-PEG3.4k-SVA  and so on.The TCO-tetrazine click reaction is a very powerful tool in catalyst-free protein-protein bioconjugation.
