DOPE-PBA,The DOPE part consists of two oleic acid chains(C18:1 unsaturated fatty acids)and a phosphoethanolamine head,which have amphiphilicity and can self assemble to form liposomes or micelles.The phenylboronic acid group can form dynamic covalent bonds with cis diols(such as sugars),making it suitable for pH or glucose responsive drug delivery systems.
