SFHQFARATLAS-PEG-DOPE,DOPE-PEG-HAP-1 can be used as a functional lipid component for constructing synovial targeted liposomes(such as HAP lipo),encapsulating anti-inflammatory drugs(such as NBD peptide,methotrexate)or small molecule inhibitors.DOPE acts as a lipid anchoring group and can be embedded into the bilayer of liposomes to enhance membrane fusion ability and carrier stability.PEG provides a hydrophilic invisible shell,prolongs blood circulation time,reduces immune system clearance.SFHQARATLAS(HAP-1)is an artificially synthesized synovial targeting peptide that can specifically recognize and penetrate inflammatory synovial fibroblasts(FLS),achieving active targeted delivery.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
