DOPS (Na⁺ salt):DOPC:Chol(20:50:30:molar ratio)-based Fluoroliposome Containing Encapsulated Fluorescent Dextran10K is a negatively charged, stable, and biocompatible fluorescent liposome, designed for hydrophilic cargo encapsulation, cell tracking, and leakage or uptake studies. It contains fluorescently labeled dextran (10 kDa) in the aqueous core, and its lipid shell is composed of DOPS, DOPC, and cholesterol.
