Product description

A novel amphiphilic polymer block (dspe-peg2000-mal-RGD)was synthesized by linking RGD peptide with dspe-peg2000-mal.the BODIPY fluorescent dye was self-assembled with dspe-peg2000-mal-RGD to obtain a water-soluble bodipy-pc-RGD fluorescent probe complex,The optical properties of the fluorescent probe were measured by field emission transmission electron microscope and fluorescence microscope.It was found that the fluorescent probe had regular morphology, uniform size,about 143 nm in diameter,and had good near-infrared fluorescence characteristics.
