ASSLNIA-Cys-Mal-PEG-DSPE,DSPE hydrophobic phospholipid segments can be embedded into the lipid bilayer of liposomes and nanoparticles, endowing the carrier with self-assembly ability and ensuring the stability of the nanocarrier structure.PEG hydrophilic spacer chains provide an invisible effect,reducing the clearance of the reticuloendothelial system in the body,prolonging the half-life of blood circulation,and reducing non-specific protein adsorption.Maleimide can specifically bind to Cys modified ASSLNIA peptides,and Mal can form stable thioether bonds with thiol groups under pH 6.5-7.5 conditions,with high coupling efficiency and few side reactions.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
