DSPE-PEG is a typical amphiphilic molecule composed of a hydrophobic phospholipid moiety DSPE covalently linked to a hydrophilic polyethylene glycol chain(PEG).The DSPE part has a long-chain fatty acid structure that can be embedded in lipid bilayer systems, while the PEG chain exhibits a flexible linear structure that extends into the aqueous environment.The PLGLAGQQ peptide sequence contains a PLGLAG core sequence that can be specifically recognized and cleaved by matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2),and an additional QKQ modification at the C-terminus introduces a functional modification site;In areas of high expression of MMP2 in the tumor microenvironment,peptide segments are specifically cleaved,triggering subsequent functional responses.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
