mPEG-PLA-PHis,PHis-PLA-mPEG,MPEG-PLA-PHis2k is a triblock copolymer and a typical amphiphilic pH responsive polymer The hydrophilic end is a methoxy terminated mPEG chain segment,providing excellent water solubility and in vivo long cycle stability.The middle segment is a biodegradable PLA chain segment,which serves as a hydrophobic skeleton to support the core structure of the micelle.The end segment is a 2-kilomolecular weight polyhistidine(pHis)chain segment with a large number of imidazole groups,which is the core pH responsive functional unit.
