Poly (amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimer is a kind of dendrimer.It is a 3D solid mass with a particle size of about 1-20 nm.Its main feature is that it can use NH2 groups on the surface and pores in the interior to join or coat different kinds of materials.Maleimide (2,5-pyrrolidone) is a new surface functional group of nanoparticles,which is easy to couple with cell penetrating peptide.The coupling can be achieved by click chemistry,while retaining its biological function.
