N3-PEOz-PCL,PCL-PEOz-azide,azide-PEOz-PCL,PCL-PEOz-N3 is a block copolymer with PCL segments forming a hydrophobic core,used for encapsulating hydrophobic drugs or fluorescent probes;PEOz segments act as hydrophilic shells,endowing nanocarriers with water-soluble protection and invisible properties.The azide group can undergo highly selective click reactions with molecules containing alkynyl groups under mild conditions,and the reaction exhibits bioorthogonality.It is mainly used in the construction of nanomedicine delivery systems, development of targeted carriers,and research on bioorthogonal coupling.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
